EuPC, together with essenscia PolyMatters and the German Plastic Packaging Association IK Industrievereinigung Kunststoffverpackungen e.V. keep joining forces to evaluate the implementation of the EU Single-use Plastics Directive (SUPD) across Members States.
Thanks to this continuous close look, it is possible to point out the consequences of a patchwork of packaging laws for the consumers and companies in the EU.
However, these new maps below can demonstrate the evolution of the situation since last publication (November 2022).

- The map ART 5 shows which countries put additional restrictions than the ones given in the directive
